These two are from Connecticut, but when Justin finished his army training in Arizona, Alexa met up with him and they took a road trip through some of the amazing Southwest before heading back to CT. She was pretty positive he was going to propose on this trip and preemptively booked an engagement shoot. Of course, he did propose at the Grand Canyon! And a few days later, we met up at Bryce Canyon in Southern Utah for their Bryce Canyon adventure session. Which happily doubled as their engagement session!

This Tucson Intimate Wedding is extra special to me because Isabel is the whole reason I live here and is one of my best friends. We met when she briefly lived in Chicago. She moved back to Tucson and I was able to visit her there for literally 24 hours while on vacation with my parents in Scottsdale. I completely fell in love with Tucson. My plans to move to California evaporated and I switched gears to Arizona.

Ashlie and Tommy had been together about 7 years and lived in multiple amazing cities together before settling in Tucson. Once they were settled down in Tucson this was the perfect time for Tommy to propose! He reached out to me to set up a Tucson proposal session and we got right to work. We planned the details well in advance - scouted areas in Gate’s pass as well as others.

Phoenix Botanical Gardens | Arizona Wedding Photographer

After doing their engagement photos back in April, Shanae and Paula had such a great time that they booked me for their wedding right away! I was thrilled because I also had a great time working with them. :) They had their beautiful intimate wedding at the amphitheater in Phoenix Botanical Gardens with amazing flowers by Floral Theory and design by Material Girls. They didn't do a first look, opting to see each other at the altar, and their faces were priceless.

These two gorgeous humans got married ten years ago and wanted to celebrate with a Tucson vow renewal in Madera Canyon! They didn't like their wedding photos very much and wanted to have a day that felt more like them. I really wanted this to be special to them after understand how they felt about some of the photos from their wedding. They’re free spirited and goofy and just love spending time with one another. They love to share the intimate moments whenever they can but love laughing together! We definitely needed to show that when putting together their session!
